Enrollment Applications for Universal Pre-K (UPK) is a partnership between EMCCC and the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns, and students are chosen by lottery. To enroll, call John Paulding Elementary School, for more information.

We encourage interested families to tour our Center to see if it is a good fit for your child. After touring, if you would like to enroll or get on our waitlist, please complete the proper program application for your child and submit a $50 application fee; if you are enrolling more than one child, only one payment of $50 is required. Application fees can be made via Paypal which can be found under Tuition on our website, by check, cash, or call our Administrative Assistant to provide your credit card information.
