To apply to the center please fill out the appropriate form for your child’s age. The Child Care form is required for the pre-school child care program. The School-Age form is required for programs for children in grades K – 5. An Income Statement is required only for financial aid applicants.

Applications must be filled out in person, emailed to or The application fee can be paid via our website, by dropping off a check, or calling the Center and providing us with your credit card information so we can charge the card.

Application Process

Parents considering applying for admission to the Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center are encouraged to make an appointment to visit us. A complete tour and overview are provided at that time by an administrative staff member. Ample time will be afforded to ask questions and to see if EMCCC is a good fit for the family and child. For a child to be considered for admission, an application form must be completed and returned, and the application fee must be paid in full. Payment of the application fee guarantees placement on the appropriate active wait list according to the age of the child. It is not a guarantee of enrollment.

Fees & Aid

Tuition rates are established annually for each program level at the Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center. Some families participate in countywide tuition assistance programs as a means to offset the cost of child care. The most common countywide tuition assistance program is called Title XX. Other families participate in tuition assistance programs sponsored by the Child Care Council of Westchester. The Elizabeth Masica Child Care Center has a scholarship program for those families in need who do not qualify for any of the other tuition assistance programs available. Need is determined by family income level and family size. The Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center offers a 15% discount to siblings of currently enrolled children. The tuition rates are reduced by 15% for each child following the first one enrolled.
