The Elizabeth Mascia Scholarship Fund was instituted in 2012. It was established in memory of Elizabeth “Libby” Mascia, the founding president of the Day Care Center of the Tarrytowns which later became known as the Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center. Through the child care center she vitally impacted the lives of generations of families. The Mascia family has asked that donations in her memory be directed to this Fund as a living legacy. The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship tuition assistance to families in need with children attending the child care center. It is a restricted Fund to be used for that purpose only.
